Founded by Nicola Craig, Secret Garden Holistic Therapies was created with a simple vision: to provide a welcoming, professional and caring environment where people feel comfortable seeking support for their wellbeing.

We're a small, independent clinic with a dedicated team of qualified therapists who genuinely care about the people they treat.

Our approach is person-centred. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatments. Instead, we listen, assess your needs and work with you to identify the most appropriate approach.

For some clients, that means support with muscular pain or tension. For others, it's about managing stress, finding relaxation or simply having an hour where the focus is entirely on them.
