BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS
Bookings should be made online. We request payment at the time of booking in order to save us handing money during the pandemic as well as saving that awkwardness at the end of your therapy which leaves you free to leave on your cloud of relaxation.
We will make every effort to accommodate any changes to your appointment, however it will be more difficult for us less than 48 hours before. We regret that we cannot offer refunds less than 48 hours before your appointment unless we have a client on the waiting list who is able to take it.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are available and can be written for either a value or a treatment.
If you would like to top-up your voucher then you can. Conversely, if you have not used the full voucher value then we will record this as a credit towards your next treatment. We cannot return the balance to you in cash.
Gift vouchers will usually be valid for six months from the date of issue, however in these uncertain times we will endevour to be as flexible as we can be. If you have any concerns then please contact us.
