WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR HOPI EAR CANDLE TREATMENT

After a consultation you will be encouraged to lie on your side on the treatment bed.

The candle is fitted to your ear so that you know what to expect before the treatment begins.

When the candle is lit, you will feel the warming properties and also hear the crackling flame as it burns down.

The candle forms a seal in the ear canal and through a gentle vacuum and massage effect, as well as the gentle heat, starts to break up any areas of congestion.

After both ears have been treated, we perform a facial massage, concentrating on lymphatic drainage, particularly along the sinuses. This further encourages any congestion to break up.

Hopi Ear Candles is a holistic treatment that has been proven to provide relief in clients who have glue ear, sinusitis, headaches and migraines.

Here at Secret Garden Holisitic Therapies, we only use top brands. And for your Hopi Ear Candle treatment, our holistic therapists use Biosun ear candles.

Mainly used for their amazing qualities, as they are hand made from organic cotton and natural beeswax. Infused with honey, chamomile and sage.

This relaxing scent and magical aroma really helps to ease relaxation and soothe you through the treatment.

The majority of clients find that after their Hopi Ear Candle treatment, they provide us feedback, saying they feel much clearer. However sometimes this doesn’t happen until the following day. With that being said, in severe cases. Where there is a severe build up of wax, a course of treatments may be recommended.

Clients also report that the effects are soothing and relaxing and do come for that alone.

It’s important to note that the candle itself won’t take any wax out of your ear by itself. The candle is sealed and whilst it facilitates the breakup of wax and other blockages, you won’t see this in the residue left in the candle.
